To be admissible, your report must be serious and factual, and it must have implications for the persons concerned. For your information, any report must be made in good faith and without financial compensation. In this respect, it is important to consider the veracity of the facts observed and the remarks reported.
The admissibility of the report will be assessed on the basis of the following points
- Does the report describe a detrimental situation?
- Is the situation described sufficiently serious?
- Are the facts reported contrary to the law, regulations or the code of conduct?
- Does the report include any documentation (photo, document, video, etc.)
- Has the report been made in good faith?
- Has the author of the report personally witnessed the facts reported?
In order to respect confidentiality and the legitimate rights of our employees, all reports will be rigorously analysed.
The identity of the author of a report will be kept confidential.
In the course of processing reports, Bouygues Construction and its entities may collect and process personal data concerning the whistleblower (unless anonymity is chosen), the persons concerned, and other persons involved (e.g. the facilitator).
